Shipping Policy
All orders come with free and private shipping and a tracking number. We will send the tracking number to your email address after your order ships. Please see the sections below for more details.
Note: We support international shipping. We can ship to many countries and regions worldwide, including North America, Europe, and Asia.
1. Where do you ship from?
We have warehouses in the USA, Germany, UK, Canada, and Australia. Orders will be shipped from your nearest warehouse first. If your local warehouse is out of stock, we will arrange shipping from another warehouse.
2. How long does it take for my order to process?
Your order will typically be completed within 8-12 hours after payment confirmation.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
(a) For goods in local warehouse inventory:
Standard: 3-5 business days
Express: 1-3 business days
(b) For goods not in local inventory:
Standard: 5-15 business days
Express: 3-5 business days
(c) For countries in Asia, South America, Africa, etc.:
Standard: 7-14 business days
Express: 4-7 business days

Multiple shipments
To provide the best service to our customers, we utilize inventory from warehouses throughout the country for shipping. If your order is shipped from multiple warehouses, you may receive multiple packages. Rest assured, there are no extra shipping fees for orders shipped in batches.
5. Which shipping companies do you use?
Our logistics partners include US Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Royal Mail. After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your mailbox. You can track your package and, if necessary, contact the courier to arrange a suitable delivery date.
6. What kind of packaging do you offer? Do you offer discreet packaging?
We guarantee that all packages are shipped discreetly. All adult products are packaged in regular cardboard boxes. Your package will not display any information that reveals the nature of the product. Rest assured, your privacy is our top priority throughout the entire shipping process.
Note: Carriers or customs in other countries (excluding the US) may open packages for inspection to determine import duties. Please don't worry, this will not damage the product.
7. Which countries can you ship to?
We can ship to many countries and regions worldwide.
However, due to import regulations, we do not ship to the following regions:
Islamic countries, the Philippines, India, and Indonesia.
8. What about customs and taxes?
Our tax/tariff policy varies by region:
(a) US and UK customers: All shipments are completely tax-free.
(b) Canada, EU Countries, and Australia:
Standard Delivery: No additional taxes/duties.
Courier: Some import duties may apply (we recommend standard delivery to avoid this).
(c) Other Countries: Please check your local tax regulations for details, or contact our support team for guidance.

9. Address Incorrectness Disclaimer
Buyers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable items.
